The terms that govern your use of the FlySkyField platform as a customer or a pilot.

1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlySkyField, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
2.The platform's role
FlySkyField is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, certified drone pilots. We are not the provider of the drone services themselves. Contracts for drone work are formed directly between the customer and the pilot. We facilitate discovery, quoting, booking and payment.
3.Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4.Pilot obligations
- Hold and maintain valid CASA accreditation for the work performed.
- Carry appropriate public liability and equipment insurance.
- Comply with all CASA regulations and applicable laws when operating.
- Provide accurate details of qualifications, equipment and availability.
- Maintain accurate flight and service records.
5.Customer obligations
- Provide accurate job details, site access and any required permissions.
- Pay for booked services through the platform.
- Ensure the work site is safe and lawful for drone operation.
6.Payments and fees
Posting a mission and receiving quotes is free. FlySkyField charges a platform fee on completed bookings. Payments are processed securely and may be held until a mission is marked complete. Fees and refund terms are shown before you confirm a booking.
7.Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the agreement between the customer and pilot and any cancellation window shown at booking. We may mediate disputes but are not a party to the service contract.
8.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlySkyField is not liable for the acts, omissions, quality or safety of services provided by pilots, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
