FlySkyField (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online platform that connects customers with certified drone pilots across Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We collect information you provide and information about your use of the platform, including:

• Account details: name, email, username, role (client or pilot) and password.
• Enquiry and quote details: name, email, phone, subject and the description you submit through our contact form.
• Service requests: location, area, crop and job requirements.
• Pilot details: accreditation, insurance, equipment and service history.
• Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data such as device, browser and usage logs.

We use your information to:

• Match customers with suitable, certified pilots and facilitate quotes and bookings.
• Process payments and maintain compliance and flight records.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• Verify pilot accreditation and insurance.
• Improve, secure and operate the platform, and meet legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to provide the service — for example, sharing a customer's job details with the pilots who quote on it, and using trusted providers for hosting (Supabase), payments (Stripe) and email (AWS SES). We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
